Why this desk exists
Issued once, recorded for good
A document is only worth what it can be checked against. Anyone holding something the foundation has issued — a donor filing an 80G claim, an employer reading an internship certificate, a CSR team reviewing a utilisation certificate — can confirm it here against the same register the office works from, without having to ask us for anything.

If a document claims to come from us and does not check out here — or if it checks out but the details on screen do not match the paper — send a photograph of it to the office. We will check it against the register ourselves and write back.
